Frequently Asked Questions
Please give 48 hours or more notice for cancellations. Although I am currently not charging any cancellation fees please be kind and give me as much notice as possible so that I have time fill your cancellation.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Though it’s best to make your appointment on time, I understand that sometimes life gets in the way. For this reason, I offer a 15-minute grace period for clients who are running late. Any later than 15 minutes may require rescheduling. Please note that you may have to accept an abbreviated service to keep my on-time clients on schedule. If you are running late, always call/text as soon as possible as, depending on the schedule, we will be able to work with you if we know ahead of time.
What should I do if I know I am going to run late?
I am really interested in hair extensions. What is my next step?
If you are thinking about getting hair extensions, schedule an appointment for an extensions consultation. This will give me the opportunity to go over any questions or concerns you may have and determine what will work best. All of our hair extensions are customized for each of our guests, so we cannot quote prices over the phone.
Please come to your color appointment with fresh, clean hair. While we do offer hair washing services, your hair prefers the products you use at home
Is it better to come to my color appointment with dirty hair or clean hair?
While I would love to help everyone who walked into the salon with their hair goals, I only accept those with pre-made appointments. I am usually booked a few weeks out, so make sure to book your appointment before you actually need a new look! You can fill out my new client form here!
