Acknowledgment of Policies

Before being able to book any service with me, you are required to acknowledge our salon policies. I want to make sure that we are on the same page and that we are respectful of each other’s time. By selecting that you acknowledge and understand our salon policies, you are holding yourself accountable to the policies on this page.

Reservations

All reservations must be made online through our booking portal here. Please arrive on time. It is important that services begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.

By booking, you assert that you have read and understood our salon policies.

Services

I have a no refund policy on services completed. I offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of the service completion. Chemical results may vary. During services, It is important that we be on the same page during your service so please plan to be an active participant for the duration of your service.

There may be a waiting period of up to 20 minutes before your appointment. I want everyone in my chair to feel like they are receiving 100% of my attention from start to finish and aren’t being rushed out of my chair. While I make every effort to be on time for all appointments, there are times when that isn’t possible. thank you in advance for your patience.

Color, and Chemical Service Disclaimer

I cannot guarantee the health or aesthetics of your color or other chemical services. After getting a chemical service, your hair will require more nourishment, and moisture, and using products with cheap, unnatural, and stripping ingredients may cause damage or breakage to your hair. The health of your hair in between appointments is YOUR responsibility.

Results of Chemical services may vary but especially on compromised/ damaged hair such as previously lightened, heat-damaged, or chemical treated portions. Everyone’s hair will respond differently to color, and in some cases will not be able to hold color as well as expected. I always work to ensure that I perform services in as healthy a way as possible and always work toward getting as close to your ideal aesthetic as possible. That said, I am not responsible for color not holding on to previously compromised hair.

Cancellations

Please give 48 hours or more notice for cancellations. Although I am currently not charging any cancellation fees please be kind and give me as much notice as possible so that I have time fill your cancellation.

Incorrect Bookings

Please note that if you are unsure of the service you need, you can reach out to me before booking your appointment. Alternatively, you can make an appointment and add a note/message when booking to describe what you are wanting to ensure that it is the correct service for your needs.

If I suspect that an incorrect booking is made, I will reach out as soon as I become aware of it. In some cases, we may need to reschedule you to another day and time that will accommodate a longer or more involved service.

Tardiness

Though it’s best to make your appointment on time, I understand that sometimes life gets in the way. For this reason, I offer a 15-minute grace period for clients who are running late. Any later than 15 minutes may require rescheduling. Please note that you may have to accept an abbreviated service to keep my on-time clients on schedule. If you are running late, always call/text as soon as possible as, depending on the schedule, we will be able to work with you if we know ahead of time.

Right to Refuse Service

A positive/safe environment is always a top priority. I will not tolerate rude, aggressive, or demeaning behavior from clients. Clients behaving negatively or rudely will be asked to leave and not return.

Payment

I accept cash as well as all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. I also accept, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp and Applepay Personal checks are not accepted and I do not give cash back on credit card charges.

Products

All retail products are final sale and non-refundable.

Service Pricing Policy

I am constantly expanding services to bring you the best and greatest. Although I make every effort to keep the website and booking menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

I believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist will remain confidential.

Client lists and email lists are confidential and I do not sell or share any client info with outside companies.

Lost/ Damaged Items

Please do not bring valuable with you as we are not responsible for lost, broken or stolen items. Please do not wear valuable clothing, there is a small chance that clothing may get damaged by color.
